Appalachian Mission Trip Registration Form
We will have activities like video game tournaments, swimming at the hotel, rafting in the hills, and a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN.
There will be small groups, street ministry, ministering to the homeless, sharing your testimony from a platform at a small concert type, outreach in projects. Cleaning and working a day at the Feed My Sheep Mission.
Lodging accommodations are at Motel 6 and each person is responsible for transportation, housing, food, getting to and from Newport, TN. You will need to bring money for the day in Pigeon Forge, souvenirs, and for lunch that day.
There is a $35 Admin fee.
You must complete the registration form and send asap. Please send your forms and let us know you are going to be a team member on this year’s mission. If for some reason there is a problem, please call our main office for assistance at (864) 227-0508 or email at info@warriornations.org.
