C-4 Ministry and Mission Internship
C-4 is a ministry training program that takes a believer through a four-part process to equip them for ministry and missions. C-4 is an arm of Warrior Nations Fellowship.
Call: The first step of the internship is to define the calling of God on your life. While we are called to be ambassadors of Christ and all have the ministry of reconciliation, many believers feel a call to a more in-depth ministry five-fold function. This initial phase is going to set the direction of your internship. We will walk with you through the phase to give you some basic equipping training, gift assessment, and preparation for the ministry. This foundational part of the training is crucial for the health and longevity of your ministry. The more work you do here the less work you do later. This is where we look at the defining of your calling and ministry. This first step is no less than a six-month period. You are granted a ministry permit card and certificate during this time.
Community: The second step is to connect you into our community of ministries and missionaries that are doing the work. You get plugged into the network events, training and community to benefit from the years of ministry experience within WNF. There are 4 ministry events a year at the headquarters, monthly Zoom meetings, Global outreach opportunities and connection to support systems. We have multiple partnerships to connect your with in depth SOM and traditional bible school training. This period is usually a year period. You are granted a card and certificate in ministry during this time.
Commission: WNF commissions in specific permits, licensing, and ordination for traditional and marketplace ministry and 501c-3 creation and ministry mission statement development. Just as you would create a business plan before starting a business, we help develop a ministry plan as you develop the ministry. We then have a commissioning service to release you into that ministry in one of our annual services at the Warrior Nations headquarters. The time between license and ordination can vary, depending on your ministry trac. Some tracs require more time to develop. We access this individually. You are officially ordained into your specific ministry during the end of this commission period.
Covering: WNF provides ongoing counsel in matters in obtaining 501 c3 non-profit status and state incorporation as well. ~ Provides spiritual counsel and support in the ministry through Presbyteries. ~ Provides endorsement from WNF affiliated churches and ministries. ~ Provides leadership for a spiritual covering and counseling. ~ Provides e-newsletter with teachings and helpful ministry tools. ~ Provides channels/avenues for ministry out reaches. ~ Provides annual meetings, conferences, and seminars. ~ Provides endorsement of performing legal ceremonies: weddings, funerals, licensing, and ordination. ~ Provides means of access to jails, hospitals, nursing homes, and other places of restricted access. ~ Provides a network of like-minded ministers and ministries.
